When you book to stay at Bellamy Station, whether you book through our website or through a booking partner such as Airbnb or Booking.com you will be required to pay in full. Your booking is confirmed once you have received an email confirmation from us or through our secure booking system.

For your peace of mind, we offer free cancellation up until 24hours before check in.* *Check-in is deemed 2pm on the day of your scheduled arrival because that is when we make the place available to you. If you were intending to arrive later, let's say 5pm for example and need to cancel, you will have to have told us by 2pm the day before check-in. If you cancel with less than 24hours notice, you forfeit 100% of your booking.

Yes you can, however, we need this to be arranged with us prior to your scheduled arrival and ideally at the time of booking. We don't live at the property so we need to arrange one of us to be there to receive your luggage. It will be stored in a lockable shed, safe and secure, pending your arrival.

Coming from Beaumont If you are travelling to Bellamy Station by bicycle from Beaumont you will be able to see the house across the road before you approach and go under the Evans Flat bridge. Once under the bridge, there is a Bellamy Station Accommodation sign that will direct you to a bike track to the left side of the highway enabling you to ride to the accommodation safely, off road, a short distance to our driveway. Coming from Lawrence If you are riding in from Lawrence, you will come down Franklin Road. Turn left you will see a Bellamy Station Accommodation sign that will direct you to a bike track turn left to ride along the Highway just before the bridge. You will see our driveway a short distance down the Highway and the house on your left. Yes! Your booking includes a make-your-own breakfast with all the essentials to start your day right. You’ll find milk, tea and coffee, granola or muesli, bread, butter, and spreads (Vegemite, jam, peanut butter) ready for you. We also provide farm fresh eggs when available — a little taste of the countryside. If you have any dietary requirements, please let us know in advance and we’ll do our best to accommodate you.

Self check-in is available from 2:00pm on the day of arrival, and check-out is by 10:00am on departure day. Early check-in or late check-out may be possible by prior arrangement, depending on availability.

Before leaving, please: • Check to make sure you haven't left any personal belongings behind • Gather used towels • Dispose of rubbish in the bins provided outside • Switch off appliances, including the heat pump • Lock up the property • Return keys to the lockbox

Guests have full access to all facilities, including the hot tub, bike storage, laundry, BBQ and kitchen. An umbrella and clothes drying rack are located in the storage shed for your convenience. Please use these responsibly and with care. If you’re travelling with young children, we kindly ask that the hot tub cover is locked after use.

Only the number of guests listed in your booking may stay overnight. Visitors are welcome, but please respect the property and keep noise at a considerate level, especially in the evenings. For the comfort of everyone, parties and events are not permitted.

No — Bellamy Station is a smoke-free property. Smoking and vaping are not permitted indoors.

Sorry, pets are not allowed at Bellamy Station.

Guests are responsible for any damage or loss caused during their stay. Bellamy Station cannot accept responsibility for loss or damage to personal belongings or vehicles. We recommend travelling with traveler's insurance. If you have booked through Airbnb or Booking.com, (Booking.com,)they may cover damages to the property if an accident happens but it is worth checking the policy.
