We’re delighted you’ve chosen to stay with us at Bellamy Station. To keep things simple and make sure everyone enjoys their time here, we’ve set out a few guidelines. By booking with us, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions:​

Bookings & Payment

• All bookings are confirmed once you’ve received an email confirmation from us or through our secure booking system.

• Payment is required in full at time of booking.

Breakfast Included

Included in your booking fee is a make-your-own breakfast which includes:
• milk
• tea/coffee
• granola or muesli
• bread
• Vegemite, jam, peanut butter
• butter
• farm fresh eggs (when available)
If you have any dietary requirements please let us know

​Cancellations

• Free cancellation up until 24hours before check in.*
  *Check-in is deemed 2pm on the day of your scheduled arrival because that is when we make the place available to you.

Check-In / Check-Out

• Self check-in is available after 2:00pm on the day of arrival.

• Check-out is by 10:00am on the day of departure.

• Early check-in or late check-out may be possible by prior arrangement, subject to availability.

Guests & Visitors

• Only the number of guests stated in your booking are permitted to stay overnight.

• Please respect the property and other guests by keeping noise to a considerate level, especially in the evenings. 

• No parties or events

• Commercial photography is allowed

Use of Facilities

• Guests are welcome to enjoy all facilities provided, including the hot tub, bike storage, laundry, and kitchen.

• Please use these responsibly and with care.

• For guests with young children please ensure the hot tub cover is locked after use.

Before You Leave

• Gather used towels

• Throw rubbish away

• Turn things off including the heatpump

• Return keys to the lockbox

• Lock up

Smoking & Pets

• Bellamy Station is a smoke-free property. Smoking or vaping is not permitted indoors.

• No pets are allowed on the property.

Damage & Liability

• Guests are responsible for any damage or loss caused during their stay.

• Bellamy Station cannot accept responsibility for loss or damage to personal belongings or vehicles.

Force Majeure

• We cannot be held responsible for unforeseen events beyond our control, such as extreme weather, natural disasters, or power outages.

Privacy

Governing Law

• These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of New Zealand.
